I like the coleman marine xtreme. The 100 quart is close to your dimensions, $85 online. SS hinges. I have several of the smaller ones that last years for me, Keep ice for 2 days or more, don't cost much and just work. Academy sells them sometimes and so does Walmart. The standard ones (not marine) have plastic hinges in different colors. But you can get the SS hinges at academy or Amazon and replace them.

It never fails someone puts a water bottle down that rolls behind the lid and the next time the lid opens the bottle wedges under the cushion and instead of moving the water bottle they pry up and rip the hinges right off. I do not care about retaining ice for several days I just want a good solid hinge.

Have you even read any of the replies? And now you state you want good hinges? So many people have taken time to give you advice about stainless steel hinges but you haven’t said anything. Lol. Just a story about water bottles breaking them. Lol

I've tried different hinges the screws still strip out of the cheap plastic. I can band-aid the he11 out of it using bolts and big washers until it becomes usable I guess but it's still garbage in my opinion..

Another hinge option I learned from an old shrimper. Use a piece of old fire hose. You can cut it to whatever length you want or even full length. It last a long time and is dirt cheap.
I have done something similar for a Long time.. I've always used a section of an old leather belt and it lasts several years. Fire hose is **** near indestructible so I can see that being a better option to keep in mind!

The Option I Went With

It cost a few extra bucks but this is the option I went with. Holds ice well, added a lock to help deter thieves from a quick grab and go, & the cushion on the seat make for a comfy seat. It cost a few extra bucks for a Yeti but they've replaced all the headaches I've had with my old Igloos. I gave the Yukon a try, hated it, and now is only used for soaking Crawfish. I've had good luck with all Yeti products ranging from the Hopper to a 250 Tundra. Good Luck!
