Steak! I release everything unless I'm with Capt. Dave. He always wants it so he can show off more of his awesome recipes. If I could cook fish like him I would probably eat it more, but then he might not let me fish with him as much! Lol

Fried fish, steamed green beans with butter s&p and twice baked potatos! Making my mouth water as I type.

Grilled fish with mash potatoes with pine nuts home-grown basil leaves all of that with a little cheese. Tastes so good

Classic "Up North" shore lunch:

Fried Walleye, Northern Pike or Lake Trout
Sliced fried potatoes, pork & beans, coleslaw w a slice of bread
Lots of cold beer.

Beer is #1 , I have several hundreds of sides, ranging from ceveechees, All in one Creole toppings, fresh Roasted veggies, Relishes,Salads, fruit n pepper salsas, Throats, pestos etc.. I am far from the common normal at my table...
