Kinda pricey. Wonder what the battery life is on it. It just says "last for days".

 

Looks cool, but is a "Kickstarter" at this point.

Last time I tried one, the production date got pushed out about 9 months. People were even calling it a scam, but eventually a sub-par product was delivered. Not saying this is that, but I would wait for full production. Seems pricey too considering the competition.

 

This what I use this thing is awesome, love blasting my old school country songs. You can sync it to your IPhone and I use the Tidal app for the music.

 

My kids use these. Seem to be pretty durable as they haven't broke them yet and they have them everywhere -- boat, pool, etc. Quite a few different sizes.

I have that Ecoxgear speaker also. Great sound quality, volume and battery life. Couldn't recommend it more.

We have had the Megaboom by Ultimate Ears for over year now and it has been awesome. So far it has fallen in the hot tub, off the kayak into the salt and off the RZR going down the trail and it hasn't missed a beat. Couple of cool features, two people can sync up at the same time and will play from both sources. So basically you could alternate playing songs from each for your phones without the other person having to disconnect for example. You can also sync it up with other megaboom speakers so you can combine them together for left/right or stereo sound, my buddy bought one of these too and we usually do this when we're camping and listening to tunes with a few drinks.
BTW, they make a smaller version called the Boom 2 that's really good and has the same features but I liked the sound of the Megaboom better.

We use the Wonderboom it's the smaller version of the Megaboom. As said you can sync 2 speakers together and play from 2 sources. Waterproof and float. We've been very happy using them on the side x side and on the boat.

I have this one. Loud enough that I can hear it while wide open on the boat, good Bluetooth range, have used it for about 12 hours at varying volume levels and still had juice left... it’s been real solid or $40. Also I paid $7.89 for a 4 year extended warranty through Amazon. Hard to beat for sure.

 

I also have the MEGABOOM speaker, sounds great and it pairs up with Alexa. You can also pair up multiple speakers.
