I hope Scherer did that due diligence mentioned in the news release of the EVCARCO acquisition. If their stock quote of worthless is accurate, does it make sense that Robert would sell controlling interest in his company to them? Weird, but not surprising, IMHO.

It's like Doom meets Doomer. I definitely would not touch their rods now. Y'all can forget about the warranty of these pinksheet companies ... pretty much buy "AS IS".

I hope so, all I can say is that I was in Houston a couple weeks ago and went by their shop and found it quite depressing. Walked in the the front door into the show room which has rod racks built into the wall all the way around the showroom and there was nothing in them, it took 5 minutes for some gal to come from the back to greet we and asked me "what did I want", I said I was looking to purchase a couple of the 10.5" Wynn grips for a couple of my rods to replace some handles, "we don't have any" was the response, I said thank you and left.
