Favorite Waterloo Rod?

What is your favorite Waterloo Rod? Personally I only have experience using four of their rods. The phantom, salinity, bait runner and hp lite. Im looking to get another rod but haven't decided yet.

Phantom - I've found this rod to be a good basic entry rod since it's the cheapest one Waterloo makes. I think it's a tad bit too sensitive for use with live bait from my experiences with it although it can be done.

Salinity - Overall the best rod in my opinion as it can do everything. Artificial, popping cork, and live bait all seem to work with it. For the price tag I think it's hard to beat.

Bait Runner - croaker/top water rod. Too stiff for artificial but it has a strong backbone that can handle some big fish.

Hp lite - Great for artificial. I can feel bites on this rod better than any of the others. I have to say though that it is extremely light and out of all the rods on here this is the one I'm most afraid to break lol.

Here's a video on all of these with some other opinions incase you want more info on them.

My brother and I each have Salinity spinning rods
Love them
Bought my son the lower cost one last year and I have used it, great rod too

Had a really calm day last year and we were in Seadrift and ran over to the POC jetties and I caught this bull red on it. Using 20lb braid and mono leader and a golden/black Rapala broke back.

I took my time with it but the rod had no problem with it.

I've fished the salinity, Hp Lite, Crankin Mag (spinning rod) , and Slam Mag. If I'm wade fishing I'll grab the Salinity or HP lite; really my preferred rod for fishing. When fishing from my kayak I mainly use my Slam Mag, I like having a little more back bone on the rod when fighting reds in case they start running under the kayak.

HP Slam Mag for me...Especially for top waters!
Slam mag is my absolute favorite for tops and tails. Put on a SkitterWalk Jr. and it's the most effortless topwater fishing ever. I have several of them, but I like the older bronze-colored blanks the best. If you're shopping, spend the money on the recoil guides. Ceramic changes the action/feel. It took me a while to get used to braid going through the recoils, but I wouldn't have it any other way now.
