Weird. I've seen some with slightly melted plastic containers where it appeared as though the tea was poured in too hot.
I drink a lot of tea but have switched to green tea. Usually heb brand.

 

About a year ago it was my favorite (outside of homebrewed) until I poured a glass and a blob curdled out of the container. Sure didn't look like spit though. Never again.

i had the exact same thing probably a year ago.... used the fork to get it out and just never bought the brand again.... never did research what it was... its pretty NASTY tho!

 

I drink it all the time but I pretty sure the Vodka kills any germs

 

Thought it had oysters in it.

 

I tried it and didn't like the taste. I like Tradewinds sweet tea or Luzianne.

 

 

Nope....... Never had a good feeling about that tea

 

I used to drink it all the time. Every once in a while I would get a rancid gallon. Recently I switched to HEB brand sweet tea that you have to brew.

 

I've seen the clear snotty algae in a bottle of apple juice before. I think it's just algae growth, didn't lose interest in apple juice just threw it out and opened the next bottle.

 

drink it all the time, but I very seldom buy it already made, brew my own.

FYI all teas no matter the brand will do that, sweet teas tend to do it more

 

...well not anymore.

 

This issue you can see and even fish out with a fork. and we can't get some blue bell.

Yep. Was drinking this stuff by the gallon when I was trying to kick my Diet Coke habit and noticed I was having more and more, umm, intestinal issues. Saw that slime in the bottom of a jug one day and haven't bought it since.

Happen to me last week,

 

Brew your own tea and you wont be worrying about mold or loogies in your drank.

 

I brew at home. Google searches.....nope, never going to ever buy any. Videos with floaters, EPA lawsuits, Red Diamond suing customers

 

It comes stamped with an expiration date. And it has been my experience that most stores don't keep up or stock rotate the teas like they should.

 

Found this in my Red Diamond tea this morning. 5/24/2015

Saw this floating around near the bottom and poured it thru a napkin filter to see... These were mounded up a little more on the napkin, but I touched one and my wife touched the other to see the texture. They both were soft and flattened out immediately on touch.
Look at the date on the jug Jun 6th!!!!

 

This happens with any sweet tea.
I has soured so to speak.
