Took the wife there on Friday, and it was good... crawfish are a little small right now but that's to be expected this early in the season.

The crawfish shack in Crosby is pretty good also but gets really packed, so you better get there early.

.....both places are byob

 

Try BBs Cafe. 2 Houston locations and 1 in Katy. Their seasoning is great and so are the beverages. The crawfish are small right now like RK said...

For the far North side, try Big Es here in Huntsville. South end just after the Big Sam statue. Awesome size and flavor on his crawfish.

X2. Get there early or you will have to wait for a seat as being the best draws a huge crowd. It is BYOB too.

Jenivi's Seafood Shoppe on Westheimer, just outside the Tollway. Not the cheapest in town, but consistently the best crawfish and crab in town. Don't order hotter than medium unless your tastebuds have left the building.

 

Just had BB's tonight...a little different. Seemed to have a lot of basil, oregano, and bay leafs in a tomato based boil.

Had Crosby as well and would go Crosby over BB's.

The boil house in the heights is the best in Houston. BYOB, get there early.

If you're on the sw/west side, mike's seafood on hwy 6 is the best deal. $6 lb and buy 5 lb get 6th lb free mon to wed.
Not to mention their bugs are full of flavor, come out hot and spicy.
