Online, I saw a boat ramp in arroyo city. It looks like a long ride until you hit the Laguna Madre. On google earth, it looks like there is another ramp closer to the mouth of the Arroyo. Is this a public ramp? I am in a small skiff and want the shortest run possible. Thanks?
