A friend of mine owns a restaurant. People love to come back an hour later and claim food poisoning. Most of them are trying to get their money back. My friend did some research and found that feeling the effects of eating bad food won't show up for 6-8 hours. I bet it is something else you ate earlier.

Buccees gummy bears do the same thing haha. My exgirlfriend got a bag at Luling on the way back to Houston and made me pull over about 7 times to diarrhea.

"to diarrhea"? Haven't seen that word used as a verb before. Leave it to 2cool!

Don't think it was the Jerky. Stomach bug been going around San Antonio last 2 months. several construction workers and my staff have had it also my son and his family in new Braunfels.

Most food borne illnesses involving bacteria take far longer than 1 hour before the symptoms manifest. Unfortunately, most folks blame their last meal when they should be blaming a meal they consumed the prior day or even days before.

Sorry to hear about your condition. No one likes explosive diarrhea. That said, the chances of it being from jerky consumed an hour before is relatively remote. Not impossible, but relatively remote.
