West / south winds for Trinity Bay

Winds look like they are west switching to southwest and south over the weekend. How does Trinity respond to West and South winds, trying to decide whether to go to east bay or trinity (leaning towards trinity) this weekend and seems like I read somewhere that Trinity can get pretty torn up on a west wind. thanks for any input.

Thanks guys. I'm going to try trinity, if nothing else I'll learn something about the area. I like wading yates and the east end of east bay but its so far compared to the other options. Bubba, seabrook sounds like a good option, I've never done great over there but haven't spent much time there, its much closer to me than east bay as well.
