Frost protection

I use the 2 gallon plastic pots to set over my tomatoes to protect from the frost. I remove them in the mornings before it gets hot. My neighbor had frost on his vehicle this morning. I know it is a lot of trouble but I think it is worth it. Put the pots over the peppers and egg plants also. Going to buy some more while I can get these at a fair price. Some of my tomatoes barely fit. Hope everyone has all their plants make it thru the cool weather we are having.

We had 32 here also. I covered almost everything I thought would get hurt but I did not cover my lavender. Never grew lavender before so we will see. My white berries are covered with buds starting to bloom. I hope they will be ok.
