Good looking boat. When the bay boats can make it out they always can hold over the rocks perfectly with those things.

I cuss them but secretly think it's an awesome idea. Especially when bottom fishing.

I have only used it twice, but it will be a game changer in calmer water

The more people that think it's silly, the better...because it will make bottom fishing unfair.

For the record, they put them on 37' & 42' Freeman Cats. Trolling motors aren't just for bass and bay boats anymore. Give it 2-4 years, and you'll see builders offering them as a factory rigged option.

Thanks, it is a work in progress. That was my first floater trip in it after a year of rebuilding. Broke it in with a 300 nautical mile run.

Nice rig! I really like the Rhodan, you don't see many over here in TX. These trolling motors make anchoring a thing of the past for many people.

120 lbs of thrust should do the trick on a calm day. It won’t be long before someone comes out with a 200-250 lb for big boats. That will be the real game changer.

It holds me in water that is uncomfortable to bottom fish, and borderline for deep dropping because the rods move too much.

The thrust is plenty. It's the cavitation of the prop that is the problem when the bow rises and falls too much.

Nice looking boat.

I believe the trolling motor shop in fishing tackle unlimited can custom make shafts to any size.
