Rufneck you asked a good question, and then you answered it on your own. Numbers are way up and light tackle fishing is way up. I fish Texas and CR and the only place I’d consider taking the time to tag would be the CR fads.

several places that I have fished in Panama and CR stopped bringing billfish on the boat for pictures over the concern of damaging the fish-good idea
