Lowrance service needed

I have a 1 year old boat with 2 HDS12's with Structure Scan. I'm not sure they were ever installed properly. They work good on depth and mark fish but the structure scan is non-existent. I'm looking for a good technician or service that can check them out and if there working and it's me show me what I need to know. Looking for someone in the Houston/Galveston area.

Give Lowrance a call. They may be able to help you on the phone. They are pretty good to deal with. Unless you have a mechanical failure they can walk you through troubleshooting.

To find a dealer in your area the Lowrance website has a dealer finder that shows service centers.

I'm on their website now. Thanks for the reply. These things are so full of options and features, besides being networked with everything including the motor, I'm sure it's probably operator error or just my lack of knowledge. I've read all I can get my hands on and I'm still confused.
Thanks again.

Probably don't have the correct Transducer selected in the unit for the Structure scan.

Yellow Skeeter on this board is also very good..
