I’d look at 23 Rev 4s from propgods. That’s not going to be an 80mph boat no matter what you do. Also check motor heights before dumping $1500+ on screws.
I’ve had great luck with Louie. I own a shipyard and use him for shrimp boat, Crewboats, tug boat, yacht, etc props. He also does the props for my charter boats, one being a triple engine Contender.

Louie has done several props for me on shallow boats or for 3500-4000 rpm cruises on big boats but he doesn’t do racing props.
As a rule of thumb, if a prop has excellent hole shot and low rpm cruise, it won’t be fast. If it is fast, it will most likely have a lot of slip at lower rpm.

On smaller boats I tell him what RPM it will turn trimmed up and how the hole shot is and what I want it to do better and he has done a great job at getting me what I want. I use to have an explorer tunnel V that would spin out if you weren’t careful turning at high speeds. He made a prop change that helped hole shot and kept prop loaded in turns and prevented the back end from wanting to come around. He also did a go fast boat for me that use to have good top speed but really fell off with full tank of gas and full load of people. He got there to be very little difference in speed light load versus loaded without giving up too much top speed light load.
