Thanks I usually give the boars to the vultures.

sheepy2 Done and Back Home!

Spent 7 days there. Got some repairs addressed. Hunted a lot. It was hot but really not as bad as I've seen in the past. Ground is dry and the animals are hungry. I saw more whitetail bucks and Axis deer than any year since I bought there in 2002! It feels good to realize that one of your plans came through! When I first bought there you saw doe and just a couple of young buck. My neighbors shot everything! I now see numerous spike, 4, 6, 8 and even a 9 or 10 point buck occasionally! Also when I first bought there there were no pigs and no Axis. I have enough pigs to hunt at will and enough Axis doe and buck to see anywhere from 3 to 25 at least once daily if I sit in a stand morning and evening! I only brought home one small boar pig but also a lot of game cam pictures! I guess I really am getting old since deer are now almost too pretty to shoot! Oh well, we'll see!

Just being out there at dawn to hear the World come alive is Magic.

I once stated something similar! When your sitting and watching the sky lighten up with the morning sun it's amazing how the silent stillness of night is awaken by the sound of the song of just one bird! Suddenly the whole forest comes alive with sounds of birds, insects, animals, etc. Another day that we are blessed to see!

You and a neighbor need to split the cost of a JagerPro.
