Question on a broken Phantom Rod Tip

So I got a Waterloo Phantom and I broke about 2 inches off the tip of the rod. What should I do with it?

You could glue a tip on and move the next guide down a little for spacing or if its far enough just leave it there. It the next guide is really close to the break you can either just cut the blank down and use that guide as a tip....or remove that guide and put a tip there.

Whatever you do it won't feel the same as you lost tip action. But it's usable.

You can also check with the manufacturer and be honest with them and see if they will help you out.
