New Orleans Airport to Fourchon

Hi Guys,

4 of us will be flying in from California to fish the lumps.

What other means of transport to Fourchon do we have other than renting a car?

Any replies will be appreciated.

Thanks
Randy

Renting a car is the only

way to go. It's a long way (to my distance sensibilities) from the airport, so short of hiring a pedal plane, a car is the way to go. If I still lived there, I'd offer you a ride if you took me along on the boat. C'est la vie. Y'all have a great time. - Coach

the drive is not all that bad. I drove from NOLA to Fort F a few weeks back and it was under 2 hours. That is because I stoped 3 times to make sure I was going the right way cause it is not marked very well. Take a GPs if you have it but definately take a printed map from mapquest or yahoo maps.
