Every now and then I like to switch it up and try something different. I was not sure how this one was going turn out. I like things a little spicy and this was.
After having seen The Life of PI movie last weekend I decided to go Indian. This is how I cooked it, only took twenty minutes.
First off you gotta have fish! I caught a couple nice Striped Bass on my jet ski yesterday. Here is one of them.
I stopped at the grocery store and picked up some Paste for Fish Curry, Rice, Flat Bread and Chick Peas Curry. I chunked up about 1 pound of Striped Bass fillets.
I got the the rice started and heated up the fish curry and chick peas.
Then I put the pieces of Rockfish in the pan and covered it. After a few minutes I flipped the fish and covered for five more minutes.
I served the chick pea curry over rice along with the fish and bread for my "Life of PI" Rockfish Dinner!
It was great!
