So I bank with a reputable bank and with one phone call would have had the money back into my account the same day. I'm sorry you had this mistake happen to you but jumping to bashing a well known and reputable vendor rather than YOU making a simple phone call is uncalled for. As mentioned, he not only rectified it within minutes but also didn't charge you for your order. If you hate snapper slappers so much, please send them to me and I'll put them to good use.
