wade fishing east beach
I haven't spent much time fishing the surf at east beach, i mainly fish near san luis and in surfside. is there anything to be weary of near the jetty at east beach? is the second gut really deep due to the current there? or is it quite the opposite and its shallow? just want to be safe before i start fishing near the jetty. i guess the alternative would be the walk to rocks, which I've never done before.

Only waded there once a few years ago. If I recall it is deeper than the west end surf but not by a lot.
