Retractable Running Boards
Have a 2019 GMC 2500 Duramax. It is much taller than my '09 GMC, so getting in is a royal pain for an old guy. Want to install AMP research powersteps on the truck. I want to install myself, but the wife is wanting me to have them installed. Doesn't look difficult, only time consuming.
Anyone have experience installing AMP powersteps or know someone who will do just the install? |

I've done a couple installs of AMP steps. The newest design is 'plug and play' by way of the wire harness just simply plugging into the OBDII port. The rest is a simple bolt up install. If yours is the style that just plugs in, I'd say go for it. Although I've not done any on a GM product. Good luck!

Thanks. I had them installed already. They are killer!!! However, I did have to go back that correct a few things they did, that I didn't like. That DEF tank is a real pain for these, but they are plug and play.
