A Question for the wood working experts on here

My friend has restored her families old 1905 farmhouse and in going through it found the OLD plane her grandfather used to plain the original floors. It is about 12/14" long and 4/5" wide in perfect shape except for dust etc. The question is : Does it have any value ? I can get a picture and post it here if you would like, as it is at least 113/115 years old. Thanks

All depends, if hand made (by the person who used it) like many were in those days mostly sentimental value, if it was an original plane made by a well known company it could have value.

Thanks, I will get a picture and post it. I understand it is what is called a board plane and it is not home made.
