Where can I get a CHEAP carving gouge?
I have an older DCS gas grill, and the cooking grates are semicircular. Had a BBQ pro tell me the best way to clean these is with a # 7, 8 or 9 carving gouge (he is also a woodworker). I've done some Googling, and everything I see is pretty darn expensive and too nice for what I plan to use it for.
Any idea where to get a cheap gouge? Thanks! |

I'm thinking one of these brick mason tools may do the trick.
