Sure you can fish all of that. They usually dont want you fishing too close to vessels when their are workers present. And sometimes they have restricted areas due to national security stuff. But they will let you know and you simply move away.
And dont try to fish inside the area by the Coast Guard Station.

Back in the days before 9-11, there were virtually no restrictions on where you could fish in and around ship channels. We used to go into the Texas City turning basin and catch sand trout, but after 9-11, no mas. We have, however, gotten close to ships in the Galveston Ship Channel area. That's all cargo, not much, if any petro-chem.

Also, don't pass or get close to any LNG ships (none around Freeport that I know of). I have had a Coast Guard patrol boat point its .50 call machine gun at our front deck while they informed us not to pass or get anywhere near one in Louisiana.

Please describe a "Korean boat." Curious about that

The LNG docks in Freeport across from the CG station are definitely a "NO GO" area. You can pass thru on plane, but if you drift or anchor in the area, expect a visit from the CG. Learned that lesson the hard way, while my buddy was arguing about no signage in the area I was rapidly retrieving the anchor. There's just something about a .50 cal that demands respect and obedience.....

Ain't that the truth. Have been approached by CG in the Port A channel, and even though that .50 was just up on the tripod and not manned, still made me shudder.

Here's the map. Stay out of the red zones and you will be fine. If you happen to be in a red zone, they will likely just escort you out unless you are doing something other than fishing.
