Jamaica Beach ramp is public? Where do you park the truck/trailer?
I'll never put in @ Fatboy's again, GBT is a nightmare unless it's 4' and blowing 30kts and I would never attempt 61st.
Relegated to Freeport or hauling further south.

It's not on the island, but you can also launch at Capt. Mark's on Bastrop Bayou to access West Bay.

Depending where you're going in West Bay, the Dike is a long boat ride.
