Managed to get on the water for 2.5 hours on Saturday & Sunday mornings this weekend. Topwater bite in South Bay was good early on She Dog & small Skitterwalk. Weather was perfect with light winds early making for excellent topwater conditions. Trout were in the potholes in 2-2.5 ft of water. The key was finding water in that depth with a little bit of sand in it. Pearl/Chartreuse Gulps as well as topwaters caught trout. Total 28" snook, 7 Reds to 26", 13 Trout to 21" in a total of 5 hrs of fishing. All in all not a bad weekend. All fish were CPRed. Tight lines.
