Yamaha problems

Seem you in Sargent this past weekend at Mitchells cut. Nice boat . I had a similar problem on my HPDI. It was the fliter on the side of the motor that was clogged and after I replaced it , it has never done it again. I was told that the HPDIs were sensitive and when the filters get a little clogged , time to replace them. I dont know about the 4-strokes.

Whos your daddy, U did look familiar when I saw your boat at Sargent. I was pulled up to On A Mission after seeing you run up and down the intercoastal a couple of times.

Yes like everyone else has said they are going to be a little different but not much. There is also an adjustment screw under the black cover on the control box. There is a chance that it has came loose and that the throttle handle might be slipping back a hair. And yes the o2 sensor could be dirty. That is a very easy clean though. If you can work a ratchet you can clean it. Also just so you know if it is that it's not covered under warranty. Did a dealership do your new plugs and stuff? Are they carbed? or fuel injected? It could also very well be the sync and lync. It could be a number of things.
