We had the second leg of the Triple Crown series at Hitchcock Good Ole Days this weekend, and we rocked it. We took 1st and 5th in ribs,3rd and 4th in pulled pork,3rd and 4th in brisket, and 10th in chicken. By placing in every category, we got enough points to win Grand Champion. The third and final leg of the Triple Crown will be in October, and you can bet we will be cooking every weekend until then to stay on top of our game. To accomplish what we have is truly a team effort from everyone at High Pressure Cookers. From the head cooks, to the wifes, and all the way down to the kids, everyone does their part.
