Just got a notice of voluntary buy back of class A common shares for CZZ.

Funny how it is voluntary but you must opt out...

I am searching for any news from the company as of late. I was just wondering what everyone take is on a buy back like this.

My gut tells me to hold, they obviously feel pretty good about them selves or an investment firm feels good enough to bring the shares back into the company.

I am currently up 129%.

Let me hear some thoughts.

I cant give you advice on what to do ... but when there are fewer of shares, generally speaking, that means the outstanding ones are worth more.

It's possible they are offering you more than the market so its an opportunity to make additional cap gains.

There are two ways a company can use cash - buy something to expand/ M&A or utilize the cash they have on hand and increase their companies shares value.

The link above should give you additional input
