Due to some unfortunate health issues I am looking to sell my 25% stake in an industrial packaging company based here in Houston - we are 6 months old, and currently running 100k + monthly in revenue, and projecting to be at 200k + and profitable by April/May, growing month after month after. We started slow, laying the foundation, building vendor relationships, opening accounts and getting systems in place to fuel growth, now that that has happened we are aggressively closing accounts and penetrating the industrial packaging market. We have a strategic alliance with and Indian based manufacturer, who is breaking into the US market and started manufacturing here in Houston - essentially we are their selling arm as my business partner and I have cut our teeth in the industrial packaging space - they are a 500 million dollar public company based in India ( https://www.timetechnoplast.com/), their US division is located here http://coreplastech.com/

Details on our alliance can be found on our website, but is below for reference.
Industrial Containers of Texas has established a strategic alliance with TIME Technoplast, LTD. As the leading polymer product multinational company with operations in Egypt, Bahrain, UAE, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Indonesia, TIME Technoplast / CORE Plastech International, Inc. is ready to begin manufacturing products in North America beginning with facilities in Houston, Chicago, Charlotte, and Des Moines. The North American facilities will produce packaging containers including varied rigid industrial packaging products, as well as, poly drums, composite cylinders, jerry cans and pails.

The name of our company in Industrial Containers of Texas - https://indcontainerstx.com/contact/

Looking for $250,000.00 - $300,000 - $150,000 - $200,000 now and the balance a year from now.

If interested more details can be discussed privately-

Thanks!
