Etec Internal Thermostat Seal Replacement

I replaced the thermostats on my 2010 130 e-tec yesterday, the internal cylinder head to block thermostat seals look like they need to be replaced as well. It looks like this engine uses an o-ring at the head to block instead of a tradition head gasket, so I will order four of those and the two internal thermostat seals. Looking at the diagrams, I'm not sure what other parts may have to be removed that will require a replacement seal/gasket, anyone have any insight on what else may be needed? Or just general thoughts or insight on this procedure? Any input is appreciated.

What exactly makes you feel like those need to be replaced? that is a rare situation.

The existing seals look pretty rough, especially the starboard one, trying to post a couple of pictures for reference. Let me know what you think, I would certainly be glad to hear your thoughts. If the pictures don’t attach, I’ll try again from my laptop after work.
