Who has the best prices on the Dargel 250? I am going to have to order, looking for feedback on dealers/prices.

When I was looking around a salesman at Big D Marine in Conroe told me they use NADA average retail values to set they're pricing. I was looking at used but every boat I priced there was right at NADA. Don't think you can do much better than NADA average value with the market like it is.

Call Mike Dyson at Sail & Ski (Marine Max) in San Antonio or call the Austin location. I wouldn’t burn the time on Big D. Those guys want a deposit just to START working a deal.

Thank you. Does Mike give a 2Cool discount? I am also looking for Motor recommendations for this rig. I know Sail and Skis go to is the Merc 300 v8. Any feedback from owners is appreciated

Not sure about a 2cool discount. I would go with a 300 ProXS over the standard V8 because of the lower unit. A lot beefier than the standard FS V8. If you really wanna get waspy, put a 400 on it. Fair warning, you’re probably gonna be 90-100k depending on what you want.

Also, the dealers get the boats as a complete package so pay very close attention to rigging, fit and finish as Dargel’s isn’t the prettiest.

The 300 Pro XS is what we have been discussing. I know they are pricey but I want a boat that will run shallow and cross bays with ease and even take offshore when the weather is right. I have narrowed it down to the Dargel 250 and the Andros 26. I know the boats are not exactly comparing apples to apples but they both float in 10 inches and will do what I want.

ha, there are no good prices right now, inventory is super low and dealers are back logged

I get the times we are in with RV's/Boats, etc. I have been looking for over a year and there are no signs of slowing down.

I think 100K is going to be my max so that puts the Andros out of reach. Any more feedback on the Dargel is appreciated.
