All,

Looking at buying a boat and keeping it at GYB dry stack - never used dry stack before and looking for reviews/input (PM or email is fine).

I have looked at Freeport but there is more of the type of fishing I'd like to do out of Galveston.

Just don’t plan to use your boat after hours or return it after hours unless you want to leave it at the dock.

Is there any way to keep your batteries topped off? I plan on going out 1/2 times a week but just in case

Waterman’s Marina on the west end of the island may have an open slip. If not, the waiting list usually moves pretty quickly. Nice marina, power and water at all slips, great restaurant, nice people.

if you are fishing offshore, you should reconsider Freeport- surfside marina is very accommodating- good/friendly help and a nice group of boat owners
