Can't post ad to used boats
I am trying to create a new post for a used boat for sale (non dealer). I continue to get an error message that replies are not allowed when I try to create a new thread.

Can see that you got your thread up recently. At the time you posted this you had insufficient posts to use the Classifieds section of the site. Sorry for the confusion.
