Croaker bite on?

It’s that time of year where l debate Shrimp or Croaker...Two weeks from now there is no question on what lm baiting the hook with. Just seeing if anybody has fished them yet this year and if it’s game on or slow to no bite

croaker are a year round deal for the trout, they don't wait for the green weenie entourage to show up in the summer with a boat load of yennies with popping corks and the likes. they don't go home in the winter and return in the summer. they live in the water year round, and trout eat them year round.
