Yes. One of those will clip in. Cut the rest of if you want to.
If i remember right evinrude will kill when kill switch pulled. Then will let you restart (as a "safety" feature to let your crew come around and save you).

This right here. I have the same exact throttle and the lanyard from Academy fits it. It's spring loaded so it kills the engine by physically popping the key to the off position when it is pulled off.
