Have any of y'all ever used the RipCharts service? I saw an ad on Facebook that made it look very cool but just want to see if there is any other opinions out there. Thank you!

Yes. RipCharts is a very helpful tool for water temps, currents, rips, bathymetry, locating floaters, etc. Its great for helping to decide between one spot or another and can make up the subscription fee in gas savings.

Well worth the subscription fees. You should also be able to save the maps into your phone for use as an emergency chartplotter.

Hilton's is another good subscription service.

Ripcharts is a great service. Like any technology you have to use it to increase your proficiency and understanding of it. If I have any questions or need help, Phil has always been very responsive in getting back to me.

I believe they are both fairly comparable services with the major difference being user interface.

Thumbs up RipCharts Premium

Hello TripleC, let me know if I can help or answer any questions about the RipCharts service. We offer the full compliment of satellite data options, as well as a very powerful and user friendly mobile/navigation app.

If you or anyone else would like to give the RipCharts platform a test run, let me know and I can set you up with a temporary trial.

Here is a sample from this morning that I pulled up and analyzed on the RipCharts mobile app. It's showing some nice water that is pushing across Gunnison at the moment.
