I have a fish cooker my Dad-in-Law made me 30 years ago that has just some kind of little orphus (sorry about the spelling)threaded into about a 4'' piece of square tubing, and the bottle end is just a common adjustable regulator. It works great and puts out fire so hot it's clear and sounds like a little jet engine.I'll dig it out and try to find part no.s for you.Sounds just like what your looking for but cheaper.

Snout4Trout is a Landlubber (+10 to -10)
Grease Zert

Take a grease Zert and with a really small punch knock the spring and small ball out thru the threaded open end. Use this as a burner , I bet this is what you have.
