English peas and new potatoes in white gravy

My mother made that, but my wife hasn't and doesn't know how the gravy's made. She thought I was just talking about white cream gravy like breakfast and chickenfried steak gravy. Anybody know what I'm talking about ?

Yes, my mother made them, I have her recipe. If I can remember to get it
when I get home this evening, I'll post it for you.

I loved it as a kid, haven't made it in a long time.
