Been watching this stock. Like that it pays a small dividend and that it plays the real estate side of pot, not pot directly. But it seems overpriced, just curious to see what your exit price would be. I am starting to get a decent bump in most of my pot stock plays.

Look at KHRNF. I purchased it for .90 on December 6th, 2018. I'm up 133% as of today. Not a recommendation, just take a look if you want. It closed at $2.089 today.

IIPR: Currently trading at $132.31. Increase of 108% since Friday 2/1/19. This company signs 15 year, triple net lease arrangements with its clients. All of IIPR's properties are leased and their strategy is to continue to expand into the new emerging markets (e.g. Illinois, Michigan, etc). The stock's dividend was doubled earlier this year. This stock has a high percentage of institutional ownership (52%) by major investors, mutual funds, etc. ZYNE: Currently trading at $13.81. Increase of 138% since Friday 2/1/19. ZYNE received their first patent on their CBD based treatment for autism. They're currently being reviewed for a second patent for another autism treatment. The ZYNE ticker was recently added to the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 Indexes. CRON: Currently trading at $15.51. Decrease of 25% since Friday 2/1/19. CRON brought on a reputable deal maker (Nelson Peltz) to strategically lead the company. Since his contract is time and performance based, he is likely very busy at working on strategic relationships that will increase shareholder value. Not sure how long this will take. I like ACB better than CRON. None of this is a recommendation. Do your own research. |

The price on CRON is correct.....but the info about Nelson Peltz was a mix up with ACB. Nelson had joined ACB, not CRON. CRON recently hired a new Chief Innovation Officer with a background in consumer packaged brands such as Nabisco, Pillsbury, and Mondelez (Cadbury, Oreos). Note that Altria (tobacco giant) has already partnered with CRON and they invested $1.8B for a 45% of CRON. CRON has a lot going for them but the stock has been on the decline since Feb. ACB is the last of the current big companies that has not signed a major deal with an outside third party. That is where Nelson comes in and one of the reasons I like ACB better than CRON. Legislative change is occurring at both a state and federal level and we're seeing a new industry emerge right before our eyes. Times are definitely changing. |
