dbar6488 Sounds cool. I would be happy even being back by noon if that would free you up some. Honestly we want to do some surf fishing anyways.

bg I might could do a 1/2 day trip for you out of Matagorda if James can't come up with something. I have some other oligations to my wife in the evening so we'd have to be back at the dock by 1:00 or 1:30 at the outside. Let me check on some things and I'll let you know...

dbar6488 I would be happy with a half day trip just to run out and catch a king or two and maybe a shark or something.

James Howell Heck, I would just like to go hunt that area. If one pops up, great, if not, no problem. I've guided deer hunts for about 8 years, and seen a lot of big bucks hit the ground, so actually shooting one would be nice icing on the cake. Most of my whitetail hunting has been S. Texas and the Hill Country, so new territory is pretty exciting. I'll see if I can round up a boat this evening for Saturday, but I'm not too confident about finding one (tis that time of year).

dbar6488 He scores 144. There is another on the way in just a minute. Would that deer work for you? Those are pretty common. I still can't find a trip for Saturday.

James Howell Got the pic of the ten point. Very nice. I would guess about mid-140s, maybe 150.
