Saw this on the TKF website and thought I would share it with yousguys.

Just found out that Field and Stream is doing a survey and people who are interested in trying and testing out new gear. You can keep the gear all they ask of you if you are the LUCKY chosen one to do a report on the gear to see the pros/cons about it.

C&P from Field and Stream
The Field & Stream Reader Test Panel consists of hunters and fisherman who like to get their hands on new equipment and see how it really performs in the field.

We provide members of this group with new gear to take on hunting and fishing trips. Their mission is to use it and take note of its durability, function, innovation, and general usefulness. After thoroughly testing the gear, panel members report their findings. And keep the gear. We do not want sugar-coated results; we expect accurate, detailed information, which we in turn pass on to the readers of Field & Stream.

If you would like to apply for membership on our Test Panel, please open, fill out, print, then send the fishing form (Click here to open), and/or the hunting form (Click here to open), to:

Catherine DiBenedetto
Field & Stream Magazine
2 Park Avenue, 10th Floor
New York, New York 10016

Note that you do not have to be an expert to apply! In fact, we are looking for a broad range of skill levels, from beginner to intermediate to expert. Please be honest with your answers--it will help us determine what type of gear you should test.

Once you have filled out the form(s), please submit them as instructed. We will notify you if your application has been approved.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:Sending in your application for the Reader Test Panel does not guarantee that you will be asked to test gear. Your name will be put into a database, and may be chosen if it matches up with the type of reader test we are running in a particular month. You will only be contacted if you've been selected to test something.
