I have Columbia and Magellan fishing shirts that are beyond Wrinkled. I don’t know what I did to them but cannot seem to get the wrinkles out. The fishing ones - who cares.
The others i wear around the house. They are bad no matter what I do.
I even have the no-wrinkle dryer sheets.
Any advice??

My go-to for that type of shirt was LL Bean for years because they sell "tall" sizes, until Magellan started making larger sizes that give me the sleeve length I need but at a lower price and the immediacy of picking one up at Academy when I'm there.

I'm seeing the wrinkling thing with the most recent Magellan shirt I bought. It kind of looks intentional, though.

Either way, you might check out LL Bean online. They have a very liberal return policy and they have pretty wide availability, though right now they are suffering some of the same supply chain issues as everyone else - their product is made in Asian countries. On top of being better made than Magellan & Columbia, they also come with PSF rated fabric.

Yeh it is heck when my balls drop and you have to pick them up. Sometimes I use 3 of the wool balls and if the shirts are cotton I let them dry and hang up before they cool down. The nylon/synthetic fishing shirts I take out before they are 100 % dry. The balls don't usually get all the static out of these but it goes away after you hang up the shirt. I put all my shirts including t shirts on a hangar immediately after they dry. The balls work really good on towels. Towels will soak up fabric softener and not soak up as much water later on. With the balls the towels will soak up water just like they are new.

Had the same issue with mine at first. If you haven’t already, find the wash instructions on the shirt tag. All of mine have to be washed in cold water in a gentle cycle, with no softeners. Then dried on low heat. I generally try to take them out when they are little damp and let them hang dry.

This doesn’t really help with shirts you have but all the shirts I buy are the Academy Arkansas Pass version of Magellan fishing shirts. They have the hidden button collar and buttons instead of Velcro on the packets. I’m not sure of the material difference but they don’t wrinkle.

Put them in the dryer. You will drop one of your balls when getting the clothes out if you ain't careful. LOL !!! Another reason I use the balls is to help out with my septic system. They say the fabric softener is bad for a conventional system over a long period of time. They seem to work on almost all of my clothes and cuts down on buying softener. I was also told the lower priced ones do not do as good as the premium sheep wool balls. I don't know which is best. I bought the premium ones and satisfied. Maybe someone can let us know which is best. I have not bought softener in 3 or 4 years. Maybe longer.

Sense the post was revived. I Figured it out!
Drying too hot. Was drying on low then hot for a bit.
Just keep on low.
Married for 36 years and something about 10 or 12 years ago she stopped washing my clothes. But I fish every weekend almost and she ways nothing but have a good time.
I also cook about 95% of the time. She cleans up afterwards. Think I got the best deal.
