I am at LCR but it's still the dupont 8 hr schedule. Hopefully that will change before too long

I am. Work the dupont schedule on 12's. There are quite a few on this board that are operators. I live for long change (7 days off)...even though we hardly get them off....too much ot right now.

Power Plant, Texas City, going on 19 years. Love the shift work, no way I could work days with only the short weekend off.......

I prefer nights myself....no friggin management to screw things up. I also like having days off during the week....I find that the best time to fish.....no friggin weekend warriors to worry about.

4 on 4 off, work in Channelview, been here for more than a decade. Worked the Dupont schedule for 5 years prior to that and I like it better than the sched. I am on now. I like the bay on Mondays and Tuesdays!!!

As of Monday the 12 I will finally be an operator, after waiting a few months to find a job after I got my degree. Glad to see that yall like the shift work, I was a little curious about that myself but seems like it wouldn't be too bad.

Over 15 years in Pasadena and LaPorte. First 5 was 4 on 4 off. Last 10 has been 3-2-3 12hrs. Would like to try dupont.
