I used to stop at the Chevron at Hwy 6 and 290 and pick up ice for 99 cents for 20#. Now they have gone up to 2.99. I live in Katy and will be heading up to Nacogdoches so if anyone knows of a good deal let me know.

Buckey's in Luling has cheap ice. Is that too far west for you?

Speedy Stop at Hwy 6 and Keith Harrow ( north of Clay rd ) has 20lb bags for 99 cents. They are building a new Bucees at 290 and Mueschke.

Looking forward to the new Buccees. My hunting bud lives near 529 and Fry so it will be right on the way. Luling is a little too far of a detour to Nac. Will be going up 59 N if anyone knows of cheap ice there. Thanks
