I use them both, depends on what you're throwing.
Soft plastics with 1/8 oz. jighead and small spooks are ideal for the I.
Corkies and bigger, heavier topwaters require the II (IMO).

If I had to pick just one, I'd go for the TW I.

Mine is the 6'9'' topwater light and that is one sweeeeeet rod! They should come standard with measurement marks. Thats the only thing I'd change.

I've got two of the TWI's, and use them for tops (both big and small), and plastics. They are amazing rods! The only bad thing about them, is that when you pick one up...you're done! I've got to get my wife the next one for her spinning set up, but then I'm getting a III.

I was out hanging out with brothers Neu this afternoon and from what I saw there wasn't one more than the other in all processes of completion

But what Eltruchador and Fishnlab said, exactly how I use them also. But...I have used the II many times with plastics, I use 1/16oz heads and it preforms great with the light head. I have also used the TWI for bigger tops and lures. I used the TWI in the surf this weekend and threw 51mr mirrolures with it, it loads up and lets them fly wonderfully. So now that I confused everything, what ElTruch said. If you are a plastics, the majority of the time, guy then the TWI. If you like the bigger tops and heavier lures most of the time go with the TWII. Also if you do use live bait some, the TWII has more backbone for throwing corks.

Either way you won't be disappointed. If you want to hear it from the horses mouth call out to the shop tomorrow morning early(Danny is heading south in the morning) if you want to talk to Danny, if not Jeff should be there to answer your questions. Either one of the guys can help you make your decision and you can place your order directly with them, And really in the long run you will probably order another one, so the real question is which one do you want first? lol

They are all great rods so either way you choose you won't be disappointed. If you find later that you want a different model, you'll still come back to the 1st and be glad you have it. I've had them on my boat now for about 2 months and all I have to do is show it to my clients and a new Laguna owner is born. Great rods, great people and they do what they say they'll do. What more can you ask for? Ok, another great day on the water. But it'll be better with a Laguna in your hands.

THE TWIII is a "PURE" plastics rod. It has a lot of action and will make those tails do a JIG!!!

Thanks for all the kind words guys and gals.... If there is anything any of ya'll need, never hesitate to call myself or the shop.
