This whitetail is one I got several years ago, when I was still too young to appreciate it, although I hunted hard and shot well to get it. It was hanging in my den in SW LA a couple years ago when Rita came thru with about 9' of water in that room. Cleaning up after the flood, it was gone. I thought it was either stolen by someone or flat washed away. At the time, she had been my GF for about 3 months.

Turns out, not stolen OR washed away. She got it out of the mud, took to taxidermist and got a new cape, and mount for it. Surprise for me! Now it hangs in the office. She's a keeper huh?

Yeah Parks I been thinking about that. The last two didn't work out so well tho... Working on a bit over 3 years, and we are both still happy. Guessing I need to figure it out soon! I'll get around to posting the pics for the Key West thing sometime soon. Problem is, she is Real Hot, and likes skimpy bathing suits.... recipe for disaster. And no, I won't PM them!
