I haven't duck hunted too much but am looking to do a lot more. I breasted a couple teal and ringnecks. A couple of them were hit pretty good (bad). Besides cutting the breast up what should I do? Soak in salt water and then milk? How would I go about making sure there are no bbs?
Biting down on some steel shot would suck.

I end up more often than not just soaking them for a little bit in milk, then just putting a marinade in the bag and freeze them in it instead of water. As far as steel shot, I've never really had much of an issue with it, but do you have a metal detector? I've found a lot more of them on the bottom of pots and pans and such than I ever have bitten into...
