I down in in Harlingen waiting on a flight to head back to Houston, but was thinking about going out tomorrow. The NOAA bouy data looked good for Friday 2ft or less. But I heard its been raining there all day. Is it suppose to rain tomorrow also in Galveston or Freeport? May have to go in the rain anyways. Anybody else going tomorrow?
